"Osaka Art & Design 2024" is Now Opening

“Osaka Art & Design 2024" is currently being held from May 29th to June 25th to showcase Osaka's creativity to the world and invigorate the Kansai art and design scene.

This event, now in its second iteration, is a multifaceted art event taking place at approximately 50 locations across major areas of Osaka, including Umeda, Namba, and Shinsaibashi. The inaugural event in 2023 featured a total of 150 artists and designers and attracted over 80,000 visitors.

The event transforms the entire city of Osaka into a museum, offering a fantastic opportunity to explore Osaka's creative scene, from fine arts to fashion and product design. Additionally, for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) professionals, this is a valuable opportunity to see examples of event space utilization throughout Osaka, particularly as a case study of area-wide events.
