Hoshino Resorts will open "Hoshino Resort 1955 Tokyo Bay" on June 20, 2024, in the Maihama Shin-Urayasu area of Chiba Prefecture. Close to Tokyo Disney Resort®, the hotel’s theme, "OLDIES GOODIES," is inspired by 1950s America, particularly the year 1955 when Disneyland was born. The interior design reflects this era with 638 rooms across 23 types, adorned in calming colors and featuring mid-century designs. The hotel includes a 24-hour public space, "2nd Room," and offers donburi and deli items in the "Cafeteria," and a breakfast buffet in the "Restaurant." Its location near convention centers and business facilities in Odaiba and Makuhari, combined with the entertainment at Tokyo Disney Resort®, makes "Hoshino Resort 1955 Tokyo Bay" an attractive venue, offering unforgettable experiences for attendees and supporting the success of events.

Hoshino Resorts is internationally recognized for its unique design and quality services, particularly valuing harmony with nature in its resort designs and incorporating the essence of Japanese culture into its hospitality. It is frequently chosen as a venue for international conferences and incentive trips, especially events that prioritize cultural experiences and relaxation. Through its CSV (Creating Shared Value) management, Hoshino Resorts undertakes various initiatives aligned with the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). For example, its hot spring inn brand "KAI" engages in activities to preserve traditional culture and crafts, enhancing local brand power and contributing to the inheritance of regional cultures. These efforts provide unique experiences for MICE event participants, deepening their understanding of and connection to the region.
